The Manna Group requires no signed contracts to start on
the program. We do ask that you
fill out the enclosed Volunteer Information Sheet and mail or fax before
starting on the program. – See Enroll Now
Orders
may be placed by calling (847)202-8442 or by faxing (847)202-8451.
Orders are taken on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between the hours of
8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Your order
should be placed the day before your scheduled delivery day. Our turnaround time
on orders is one day. Deliveries
are made Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
depending on the location of your organization. Our own fully insured drivers
deliver our orders. Please
check with the office for your assigned delivery day.
OFFICE HOURS
Monday thru Thursday 8:30 a.m. to
3:00 p.m. Voice mail and fax are
available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for your convenience.
Messages are picked up daily and calls will be returned as soon as
possible.
Minimum Fee is $25.00
Example: $18,000
order = $140.00
Our fee is 1% of your total
ordered amount
1% up to $10,000
$10,000x1%= $100.00
Over $10,000 is an additional ½
percent
$ 8,000x½% =$ 40.00

Order envelopes are available for
$5 per box (500 per box) (See Envelope in list at Left)
Payment is due at the time of delivery.
Please have a check ready for the driver.
Orders will not be left without payment. We
require one check written to The Manna Group for the total amount of the
discounted certificates and fee. Orders
will not be sent if payment has not been received for previous week’s order.
There will be a $25.00 charge for NSF checks.
