Labor Day    September 3rd, 2007 – Office Closed

Orders will be taken Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30 to 1:00 p.m. CST (summer schedule still applies). Deliveries will be made Wednesday and Thursday.

 

Regular Office Hours September 10th, 2007

Orders taken 8:30 to 3:00 p.m. CST – Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

Deliveries will be made on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

 

Columbus Day             Oct 8th, 2007 – Regular Office Hours

Veterans Day              November 12th, 2007 – Regular Office Hours

 

Thanksgiving Week   November 19th – 21st, 2007

Orders taken as regular schedule – Office closed Thursday and Friday

 

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE – ATTACHED

Office Closed - December 20th, 2007 and reopens January 7th, 2008.

 

President’s Day   February 18th, 2008 – Regular Office Hours

 

Memorial Day   May 26th, 2008 – Office Closed.

Spring breaks, teacher institute days and in-service days do not affect The Manna Group’s regular office hours.

NOVEMBER 26TH THRU WEEK OF DECEMBER 20TH

 

Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season (11/26/07 to 12/20/07) we are no longer able to offer overnight delivery during this time frame.  We ask for your cooperation and understanding for this change.  It has become impossible for our holiday staff to process all orders within a 24 hour time frame. We expect that this extra day will help us eliminate errors and backorders.

 

Customers on a current Tuesday delivery route will be delivered on Wednesdays during this period, when the order is received by 3 p.m. c.s.t. on Monday.

 

Customers on a current Wednesday delivery route will be delivered on Thursdays during this period, when the order is received by 3 p.m. c.s.t. on Tuesday.

If your order is not received within our guidelines, additional fees will be applied or delivery may be held until our drivers return to your area the following week.

 

Please remember that we are unable to add on to orders that have already been placed.  Once your order has been called in and a change needs to be make we would consider this a new order with our minimum fees to be applied.
